Description

This is a creamy, non-alcoholic drink. It balances tart cherry and zesty lime flavors. A frothy coconut milk topping finishes the mocktail.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2.5 oz tart cherry juice
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 0.51 oz non alcoholic tequila
  • 12 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp tart cherry juice

Instructions

  1. Add tart cherry juice, non-alcoholic tequila, lime juice, and sweetener to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake the mixture vigorously for 20 seconds.
  3. In a separate glass, froth the coconut milk and 1 tbsp of tart cherry juice until thick.
  4. Rim your serving glass with lime juice and salt or sugar.
  5. Pour the mocktail over ice into the prepared glass.
  6. Top the drink with the frothed cream.
  7. Garnish with a lime wedge and a cherry.

Notes

  • You can use powdered monk fruit or simple syrup for sweetener.
  • For a non-dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream for coconut milk.
  • Garnish is optional but adds a nice touch.
