Million Dollar Chicken Casserole is creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor from bacon, chicken, and a trio of rich dairy. An easy weeknight dinner that everyone loves
Ingredients
8 slices bacon
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
¾ tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
1½ cups medium cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp minced chives
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Dice and cook bacon until crisp, then drain.
In a bowl, whisk cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream until smooth.
Add diced chicken, seasonings, ½ of cheese, and ½ the bacon. Mix well.
Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Spread mixture in dish and bake for 45 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and broil 5 minutes until bubbly.
Rest 5 minutes. Garnish with bacon and chives. Serve hot.
Notes
Make it ahead by assembling the casserole, covering, and refrigerating. Add 5–10 minutes extra bake time if cold. Great with side salads or garlic bread!
