Description
Strawberry Tiramisu is a no-bake dessert layered with creamy mascarpone, fresh strawberries, and ladyfingers dipped in strawberry jam. Light, fruity, and perfect for spring or summer—this easy treat is a crowd favorite. Try it chilled for the ultimate refreshing bite!
Ingredients
-
⅓ cup strawberry jam
-
¼ cup water or prosecco
-
½ tsp balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
-
½ cup heavy whipping cream
-
1 cup mascarpone cheese
-
½ cup confectioners’ sugar
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
-
2 cups sliced strawberries (about 1 pint)
-
24 ladyfingers (about 8×8-inch dish amount)
Instructions
-
In a medium bowl, combine mascarpone, cream, sugar, and vanilla. Beat on medium-high speed until smooth and thickened (1–1½ minutes).
-
In a small bowl, stir together strawberry jam, water (or prosecco), and vinegar (or lemon juice).
-
Briefly dip each ladyfinger into the jam mixture, just enough to coat.
-
Layer half of the ladyfingers in the bottom of an 8×8-inch dish.
-
Spread half the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then top with half the strawberries.
-
Repeat layers with remaining ladyfingers, cream, and strawberries.
-
Cover and chill for at least 8 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
-
Dip ladyfingers quickly—over-soaking can make them mushy.
-
Use lemon juice for a brighter taste or balsamic for depth.
-
This dessert is best when made a day ahead—flavors develop beautifully overnight.
