Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are a creamy, sweet, and protein-packed snack that tastes like dessert. Quick to prep, no baking required, and perfect for on-the-go energy boosts or healthy snacking.

ยฝ cup cream cheese (softened)

ยฝ cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)

ยฝ cup vanilla protein powder

โ…“ cup almond flour

1โ€“2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

ยฝ tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt


Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
  • Add the vanilla protein powder, almond flour, honey or maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly until a soft dough forms.
  • Using clean hands or a small scoop, form the mixture into 10 evenly sized balls.
  • Place the protein balls on a lined tray or plate and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Once set, enjoy immediately or store for later.

Notes

Use dairy-free cream cheese for a vegan option. Freeze for up to 2 months. Add graham cracker crumbs for a classic cheesecake taste.
