Ritz Cracker Party Sandwiches are easy-to-make, bite-sized appetizers made with deli ham, Swiss cheese, and seasoned butter sauce, baked to golden perfection.

- 48 Ritz crackers
- 8 slices deli ham
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place 24 crackers in a 9×13-inch baking dish, flat side down.
- Tear ham into small strips and place on each cracker.
- Cut cheese into 1-inch pieces and place one piece on top of the ham on each cracker.
- Top with the remaining 24 crackers to form mini sandwiches.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
- Pour the butter mixture evenly over the sandwiches.
- Sprinkle poppy seeds and minced onion over the top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Best served fresh and warm from the oven.
- You can substitute Swiss cheese with cheddar or provolone.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
