Ingredients

  • ½ red onion, finely chopped

  • ½ red bell pepper, finely chopped

  • ⅓ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • ½ to 1 habanero pepper, finely minced (adjust seeds for spice level)

  • ½ teaspoon salt


Instructions

  • Peel and dice the mango into small, even cubes.

  • Finely chop the red onion and bell pepper.

  • Wearing gloves, finely dice ½ to 1 habanero, removing seeds for less heat.

  • In a large bowl, combine mango, onion, bell pepper, and cilantro.

  • Add lime juice, habanero, and salt.
