- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ยฝ cup brown sugar, packed
- ยผ cup corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: ยผ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon if using.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
- Spoon a small amount of filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up from the wide end toward the tip, tucking the filling inside.
- Place rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- Reheat in the oven for best results.
