Description

Flaky crescent rolls filled with buttery pecan pie filling. A quick and easy treat that tastes like a slice of pecan pie in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ยฝ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ยผ cup corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: ยผ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon if using.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Spoon a small amount of filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up from the wide end toward the tip, tucking the filling inside.
  6. Place rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
