Ingredients

7 Tbsp unsalted butter (100g)

6 large yellow peaches (about 900g), peeled and sliced

ยผ cup packed brown sugar (55g)

ยผ cup granulated sugar (50g)
Cobbler Topping:

1 cup all-purpose flour (120g)

ยพ cup granulated sugar (150g)

2 tsp baking powder

ยผ tsp salt

ยพ cup milk (180ml)

ยฝ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).

Slice butter and place in 9ร13โณ dish. Melt in oven.

Cook peaches with sugars until syrupy, about 3โ5 mins.

Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir in milk.

Pour batter over melted butter (do not stir).

Spoon peach mixture with juices on top. Leave gaps for topping to rise.

Bake 40โ45 minutes until golden and springy.
