Ingredients
Dough:

2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

1/2 cup warm water (105โ115ยฐF)

1/2 cup half and half (or milk or cream)

3โ3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

2 Tbsp softened butter

1/3 cup sugar

1 tsp salt

1 egg

2 tsp vanilla extract
Filling:

3 Tbsp melted butter
-
1/2 cup peach jam
-
1 cup diced fresh peaches
-
1/2 cup sugar
-
2 Tbsp brown sugar
-
3 tsp ground cinnamon
Glaze:

4 oz cream cheese
-
2โ3 Tbsp milk
-
1/4โ1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions

Activate yeast in warm water until foamy.

Combine yeast mixture with half and half, butter, sugar, salt, egg, and vanilla.

Gradually add flour until dough forms.

Knead dough, then let rise until doubled.

Roll dough into rectangle, spread butter and jam, add peaches and sugars.

Roll up tightly, slice into rolls, and let rise again.

Bake at 375ยฐF for 15โ17 minutes.

Beat glaze ingredients until smooth.

Spread glaze on warm rolls and serve.
Notes

For best results, use ripe but firm peaches.
