Description

This Peach & Blueberry Cobbler is the perfect blend of juicy summer fruit and buttery oat crumble. Easy to make and great for gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ripe peaches, peeled and chopped

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp lemon zest

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1½ tbsp all-purpose flour
    For the topping:

  • ¾ cup brown sugar

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ cup (1 stick) cold butter, diced


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Blanch peaches for 30 seconds, cool in ice water, peel and dice.

  • Mix peaches, blueberries, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and flour.

  • Combine brown sugar, oats, flour, cinnamon, and cold butter until crumbly.

  • Grease a 9×13 baking dish, add fruit, and sprinkle topping.

  • Bake 50–60 minutes until topping is golden and fruit is bubbling.

  • Cool 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For crispier topping, chill crumble before baking.

  • Substitute with other fruits like nectarines or raspberries.

  • Best served warm with ice cream.
