  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips for garnish
  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and 2 cups of sugar until blended, then add in the eggs and vanilla, beating until smooth.
  3. Stir in the flour and cocoa powder until just combined, then divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Mix until creamy.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling on top of each brownie base.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheesecake is set. Let cool completely.
