Description
Halloween Peanut Butter Spiders are a festive, no-bake treat made with just 5 simple ingredients. Perfect for Halloween parties, these creepy-cute bites are made from creamy peanut butter, brown sugar, and pretzel legs with chocolate chip eyes. Easy to prep, fun to decorate, and totally delicious—great for kids and adults!
Ingredients
½ cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
¼ cup all-purpose flour
Halved pretzel sticks (for legs)
Mini vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips (for eyes)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, thoroughly combine the peanut butter with the brown sugar until smooth.
- Spread the flour on a pie pan (or shallow dish). Roll small portions of the peanut butter mixture into balls, then roll each ball in the flour to coat.
- Place the coated balls in the freezer for about 1 hour to firm up.
- Once firm, gently insert three pretend “legs” (halved pretzel sticks) on each side of each ball, and press in two mini chocolate chips for eyes.
- If you like a firmer bite, you can refrigerate the finished spiders a bit longer before serving. Enjoy immediately chilled!
Notes
Use thick, creamy peanut butter. If it’s too soft, add more flour or chill longer. Serve chilled for best texture and minimal mess.
