Ingredients

2 medium zucchini (about 2 lbs), sliced into ยฝโณ rounds

Instructions

Place zucchini slices in a colander, sprinkle with salt, toss, and let sit 15 minutes.

Rinse and pat dry thoroughly.

In a skillet, sautรฉ onion in olive oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.

Add garlic and ground beef. Cook until browned.

Notes
