Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • ยฝ cup diced onion

  • 2 Tbsp taco seasoning

  • 16 oz tortilla chips

  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup canned pinto beans, drained

  • ยผ cup pico de gallo

  • ยผ cup guacamole

  • ยผ cup sour cream

  • 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).

  • Brown beef and onions in a skillet. Drain fat.

  • Stir in taco seasoning until well coated.

  • Spread chips on a baking sheet. Add half the cheese, beef, and beans. Top with remaining cheese.

  • Bake 8โ€“12 minutes until cheese is melted.

  • Add toppings and serve immediately.


Notes

Use leftover taco meat to save time. Add jalapeรฑos or olives for extra flavor. Store wet toppings separately if prepping ahead
