Description

This Ground Beef Nachos recipe is the ultimate quick and hearty comfort food—loaded with seasoned beef, melted cheddar, pinto beans, and all your favorite toppings like guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo. Perfect for game day or family night!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • ½ cup diced onion

  • 2 Tbsp taco seasoning

  • 16 oz tortilla chips

  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup canned pinto beans, drained

  • ¼ cup pico de gallo

  • ¼ cup guacamole

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Brown beef and onions in a skillet. Drain fat.

  • Stir in taco seasoning until well coated.

  • Spread chips on a baking sheet. Add half the cheese, beef, and beans. Top with remaining cheese.

  • Bake 8–12 minutes until cheese is melted.

  • Add toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

Use leftover taco meat to save time. Add jalapeños or olives for extra flavor. Store wet toppings separately if prepping ahead
