Grilled Peaches with Honey Cinnamon Sauce is a quick and easy summer dessert featuring juicy peaches and a warm, spiced honey drizzle.
Ingredients
6 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup honey
Light oil (canola or avocado) for brushing
Instructions
Wash and halve the peaches, removing the pits.
Lightly brush both sides with oil.
Grill cut side down over indirect heat for 3–5 minutes, then flip and grill the other side.
Warm the honey in the microwave for 30–45 seconds.
Whisk in cinnamon until smooth.
Drizzle sauce over the warm grilled peaches and serve.
Notes
Use firm-ripe peaches for best grilling results. Try a grill basket for easier handling. Add vanilla ice cream for an elevated dessert. Sauce can be made ahead and stored separately
