A flavorful summer dish featuring smoky grilled chicken brushed with hot honey glaze and topped with refreshing peach salsa.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt & pepper
- ½ cup honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 3–4 peaches, diced
- 1 jalapeño, deseeded & diced
- ¼ cup red onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Prepare salsa by combining peaches, jalapeño, onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Chill.
- Mix honey, garlic, red pepper flakes, paprika, and salt. Microwave briefly and stir.
- Preheat grill to medium-high and oil grates.
- Brush chicken with olive oil, season with cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Grill chicken 5–6 minutes per side, brushing with hot honey in the last 5 minutes.
- Serve with peach salsa and extra glaze.
Notes
Use chicken thighs, pork chops, or shrimp as alternatives. Substitute peaches with nectarines, mangoes, or pineapple.
