Description

A flavorful summer dish featuring smoky grilled chicken brushed with hot honey glaze and topped with refreshing peach salsa.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt & pepper
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 34 peaches, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, deseeded & diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Prepare salsa by combining peaches, jalapeño, onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Chill.
  2. Mix honey, garlic, red pepper flakes, paprika, and salt. Microwave briefly and stir.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high and oil grates.
  4. Brush chicken with olive oil, season with cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Grill chicken 5–6 minutes per side, brushing with hot honey in the last 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with peach salsa and extra glaze.

Notes

Use chicken thighs, pork chops, or shrimp as alternatives. Substitute peaches with nectarines, mangoes, or pineapple.
