Description
These Ghostly Chocolate Greek Yogurt Parfaits are a fun, no-bake Halloween dessert layered with creamy yogurt, cookie crumbles, and ghost strawberries! A perfect spooky party treat for kids and adults alike.
Ingredients
24 oz chocolate-strawberry Greek-style yogurt (e.g., The Greek Gods brand)
2 cups whipped cream
1 package chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely crushed
1 package vanilla almond bark
1 pint strawberries, rinsed and dried
Eyeball sprinkles
Chocolate chips
Optional: bone-shaped sprinkles
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chocolate‑strawberry Greek‑style yogurt with the freshly whipped cream. Gently fold together using a rubber spatula until fully blended and smooth. Refrigerate this mixture while you prepare the strawberry ghosts.
- Following package instructions, melt the vanilla almond bark until smooth and fluid.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted almond bark and place it on a parchment‑lined baking sheet. While the coating is still wet, press two eyeball sprinkles on for eyes and a chocolate chip for the mouth. Repeat for all strawberries. Let them set for about 5 minutes.
- To assemble each parfait, layer 1 cup of the chilled yogurt‑cream mixture into a glass, followed by ½ cup of crushed chocolate sandwich cookies. Sprinkle on bone sprinkles if desired. Top with one or two of your adorable strawberry ghosts.
- Serve immediately for maximum crunch and freshness. Any leftover yogurt mixture can be covered and stored in the fridge—it even doubles as a delicious fruit dip!
Notes
Use evenly-shaped strawberries for best ghost effect. Assemble just before serving to keep cookie crunch. Leftover yogurt mix doubles as a delicious fruit dip.
