Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
ยฝ teaspoon salt
ยฝ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder (for brushing)
Instructions
Cook the Beef Mixture:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sautรฉ chopped onion and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes until soft and fragrant. Add the ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it apart as it browns. Drain excess fat, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before mixing in crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
2. Prepare the Dough:
Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Unroll the crescent dough onto a baking sheet thatโs been lined with parchment paper. Pinch the seams together to create one uniform sheet.
3. Assemble the Rollups:
Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges. Starting from one long edge, gently roll the dough into a log. Slice the log into 8 to 10 even pieces and arrange them cut-side up on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Bake:
Combine melted butter and garlic powder. Brush over each rollup. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
5. Serve:
