Ingredients
12 chicken drumsticks
1/2 cup olive oil
8 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a skillet, heat olive oil and stir in garlic, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, parsley, and oregano for 1 minute.

Pat chicken drumsticks dry. Season with salt and pepper.

Coat drumsticks with the seasoned oil mixture.

Arrange in a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F and skin is crispy.
