Fourth of July Cake Pops are the ultimate patriotic dessert. Easy to make and fun to decorate, these pops are perfect for parties!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box white cake mix (prepared as directed)

  • 2–3 tablespoons white frosting

  • 11 oz white chocolate chips or melting wafers

  • 24 wooden skewers or lollipop sticks

  • Red, white, and blue sprinkles


Instructions

  • Bake cake per box directions; let cool completely.

  • Crumble cooled cake into fine crumbs using a fork or hands.

  • Mix in 2 tablespoons frosting until dough-like; add more if needed.

  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on wax-paper-lined tray.

  • Dip each skewer in melted chocolate and insert into a cake ball. Chill 1 hour.

  • Dip chilled cake pops in melted chocolate, let excess drip off.

  • Add sprinkles immediately before coating sets.

  • Refrigerate until chocolate hardens (15–30 minutes).
