This Easy Honey Peach Crisp combines sweet, juicy peaches with a crunchy oat and nut topping, naturally sweetened with honey or maple syrup. A wholesome, simple dessert that’s perfect for summer gatherings or a cozy night in.
Ingredients

3 lbs ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

1 fresh lemon, zest and juice

2 tsp vanilla extract

3 Tbsp arrowroot powder, gluten-free flour, or cornstarch

1/2 cup almond meal

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans

1/2 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup

1/4 cup melted grass-fed butter, ghee, or organic coconut oil (plus extra for greasing)

2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a medium baking dish.

In a large bowl, toss the peach slices with lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla, and arrowroot powder until well coated. Transfer to the baking dish.

In the same bowl, combine almond meal, oats, nuts, cinnamon, and sea salt. Stir in honey and melted butter until crumbly.

Spread the crumble topping evenly over the peaches.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

Let cool slightly, then serve warm with ice cream or yogurt.
