Description

This Easy Honey Peach Crisp combines sweet, juicy peaches with a crunchy oat and nut topping, naturally sweetened with honey or maple syrup. A wholesome, simple dessert that’s perfect for summer gatherings or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • 3 lbs ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

  • 1 fresh lemon, zest and juice

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 3 Tbsp arrowroot powder, gluten-free flour, or cornstarch

  • 1/2 cup almond meal

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans

  • 1/2 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup melted grass-fed butter, ghee, or organic coconut oil (plus extra for greasing)

  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a medium baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, toss the peach slices with lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla, and arrowroot powder until well coated. Transfer to the baking dish.

  • In the same bowl, combine almond meal, oats, nuts, cinnamon, and sea salt. Stir in honey and melted butter until crumbly.

  • Spread the crumble topping evenly over the peaches.

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

  • Let cool slightly, then serve warm with ice cream or yogurt.

Notes

  • Adjust honey or maple syrup based on peach sweetness.

  • For a vegan version, use coconut oil and maple syrup instead of butter and honey.

  • Can be assembled a day ahead and baked before serving.
