- 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas and melted butter.
- Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add baking soda and salt, then mix well.
- Fold in the flour until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
