1 cup peanut butter (smooth recommended)
2 cups salted peanuts
2 cups chopped pecans
1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 ounces white chocolate (chips or chopped block)
Instructions
- Layer the Ingredients: Start by adding all the ingredientsโpeanut butter, salted peanuts, chopped pecans, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and white chocolateโinto your crockpot.
- First Heating Round: Set your slow cooker to high and heat the mixture for 30 minutes without stirring.
- Stir to Combine: After 30 minutes, stir everything thoroughly to ensure the ingredients are well mixed and the chocolate is evenly melted.
- Second Heating Round: Cover and heat for another 30 minutes on high, stirring once or twice to prevent sticking.
- Form the Clusters: Place cupcake liners on a baking sheet. Drop spoonfuls of the hot mixture into each liner.
- Optional Topping: If desired, add colorful sprinkles or sea salt on top of each cluster while they’re still warm.
- Chill: Refrigerate the clusters for at least one hour or until they are fully set.
- Serve and Enjoy: Once hardened, remove from liners and serve. These treats are ready to enjoy!
Notes
Use a cookie scoop for even portions.
