Description
A healthy and delicious banana bread made with cottage cheese and oats.
Ingredients

- 1 cup mashed bananas (about 2–3 medium bananas)
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a blender, combine bananas, cottage cheese, oats, eggs, honey, vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for the best sweetness.
- You can add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
