Description

A healthy and delicious banana bread made with cottage cheese and oats.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed bananas (about 23 medium bananas)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a blender, combine bananas, cottage cheese, oats, eggs, honey, vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
