- 2 lbs pork sausage
- 12 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk eggs, sour cream, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Brown sausage, drain, and add to egg mixture.
- Sauté peppers and onions for 2–3 minutes, then mix in.
- Pour into dish and bake for 35–50 minutes.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve.
Notes
- Assemble the night before for convenience.
- Add 5–10 extra minutes if baking from chilled.
- Freeze for up to 2 months.
