- ¼ cup (56 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces (226 g) cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup (150 g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup Biscoff spread (cookie butter)
- 1 ½ cups (357 g) heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Biscoff spread, melted slightly
- ¼ cup Biscoff cookie crumbs (for topping)
Instructions
- Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter until fully coated.
- Divide mixture among 28 (2-ounce) cups and press firmly into the base.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add Biscoff spread and mix well.
- Whip cream until fluffy and fold into the filling.
- Pipe filling into cups until ¾ full.
- Drizzle with melted Biscoff spread and sprinkle cookie crumbs on top.
- Cover and chill for 2–3 hours before serving.

- Use full-fat cream cheese for a rich texture.
- Chill overnight for the best flavor.
