Description

Biscoff Dessert Cups are a creamy, no-bake treat with a spiced cookie crust, luscious cookie butter filling, and a crunchy topping. Perfect for parties or make-ahead desserts!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups (473 g) Biscoff cookie crumbs
  • ¼ cup (56 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces (226 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup (150 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup Biscoff spread (cookie butter)
  • 1 ½ cups (357 g) heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff spread, melted slightly
  • ¼ cup Biscoff cookie crumbs (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter until fully coated.
  2. Divide mixture among 28 (2-ounce) cups and press firmly into the base.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add Biscoff spread and mix well.
  4. Whip cream until fluffy and fold into the filling.
  5. Pipe filling into cups until ¾ full.
  6. Drizzle with melted Biscoff spread and sprinkle cookie crumbs on top.
  7. Cover and chill for 2–3 hours before serving.

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for a rich texture.
