Ingredients
6 cups whole milk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add the milk, chocolate chips, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract into the bowl of your slow cooker.
- Stir everything together until well combined.
- Secure the lid on the slow cooker and set it to the Low heat setting.
- Allow the mixture to simmer for approximately 2 hours, stirring now and then to help the chocolate melt thoroughly and evenly.
- Once fully melted and smooth, reduce the heat to Warm and serve directly from the slow cooker.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate chips for best flavor. For a festive twist, add peppermint extract or top with marshmallows and whipped cream. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat gently before serving.
