Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded evenly
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 oz ranch seasoning mix (1 packet)
1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup chopped green onions
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side.
Place seared chicken in prepared dish.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and sour cream until smooth.
Spread the mixture over the chicken.
Sprinkle half the chopped bacon on top.
Add shredded cheddar and mozzarella evenly.
Bake 20–25 minutes or until chicken is 165°F (74°C) and cheese is melted.
Broil 2–3 minutes if desired for golden topping.
Rest 5 minutes, then top with remaining bacon, green onions, and parsley.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
Ensure chicken is fully cooked by checking internal temperature.
Broil only briefly to prevent burning the cheese.
Make ahead and refrigerate before baking for meal prep ease.
