Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded evenly

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix (1 packet)

  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup chopped green onions

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.

  • Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side.

  • Place seared chicken in prepared dish.

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and sour cream until smooth.

  • Spread the mixture over the chicken.

  • Sprinkle half the chopped bacon on top.

  • Add shredded cheddar and mozzarella evenly.

  • Bake 20–25 minutes or until chicken is 165°F (74°C) and cheese is melted.

  • Broil 2–3 minutes if desired for golden topping.

  • Rest 5 minutes, then top with remaining bacon, green onions, and parsley.

  • Use Greek yogurt for a lighter option.

  • Ensure chicken is fully cooked by checking internal temperature.

  • Broil only briefly to prevent burning the cheese.
