Ingredients

Scale

1 whole grain English muffin (split)
1 slice center-cut bacon
1 large egg
1 slice sharp cheddar cheese
Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  • Place bacon in air fryer basket or top rack. Cook at 375°F for 3–5 minutes until crispy.

  • Spray a mini pie tin or ramekin, crack in the egg. Add the egg and muffin halves (cut sides up) to air fryer. Cook for 3–5 minutes.

  • Top one muffin half with cheese, return to warm air fryer for 1 minute to melt.

  • Cut bacon in half, layer with egg and cheesy muffin to assemble sandwich
