4th of July Brownie Bites are the ultimate festive mini dessert—easy to make, perfectly portioned, and bursting with red, white, and blue! Ingredients

1 package Simple Mills Paleo Brownie Mix

½ cup avocado oil (or fat of choice)

3 tablespoons water

2 eggs

Olive oil spray (or nonstick spray)

Oat milk whipped cream

½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced

¼ cup fresh blueberries
-
Fresh mint, either finely chopped or as small sprigs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a mini muffin tin with spray.

Mix brownie mix, avocado oil, water, and eggs until smooth.

Scoop about 1 tbsp of batter into each muffin cup, filling only ⅔ full.

Bake for 10 minutes, let cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.

Repeat with remaining batter.

Once cool, top with oat milk whipped cream, a strawberry slice, one or two blueberries, and a small mint sprig.

Serve immediately or add toppings just before serving.
